REFUND POLICY
All products are individually identified with a security label. If you intend to return the purchased product, please do not remove the tag or security seal from the purchased product.
If you decide to return purchased products, ANTIFLOP has the right not to accept the return of products if the returned parts do not have the corresponding label or security seal, or when the labels have been altered from their original state or damaged. ANTIFLOP will not accept returns of dirty, damaged or any signs of use.
After receiving the order, the Buyer has a period of 14 days to return or exchange their item(s) if they verify that they have defects or other non-conformities regarding the products ordered, or by simple withdrawal, without the need to expressly indicate the justification.
To start an exchange or return process, you must send an email to antiflop.marketing@gmail.com expressing your will.
The email must include the following information:
- Return or exchange
- If return indicate IBAN
- If you change, please indicate the reason
If you want to exchange for another item, a voucher will be issued for the exchange value so that you can place the new order.
The costs of returns are borne by the customer, if you choose to return through our carrier, the shipping cost (5€) will be deducted from the amount to be returned.
The costs of a first exchange will be borne by ANTIFLOP.
In subsequent returns and exchanges, shipping costs will be borne by the customer (except for quality reasons).
The exchange or return of orders from the Buyer must be carried out through the same carrier that delivered the parts to their address or by registered mail, as follows:
- After receiving the product in our warehouse, the Quality Department will check if the part is in accordance with our requirements for Exchange or Return. If so, the exchange will be confirmed or the reversal made, by bank transfer to the account and bank details indicated by the customer;
- For the refund of the amount paid (during the 14 days following the purchase), ANTIFLOP offers the User two options:
Or the issue of a voucher for the value of the returned parts, which can only be deducted from the ANTIFLOP online store within a maximum period of 6 months from the date of issue; or the chargeback itself.
Upon receipt of all the ordered products, or only part of them, at our facilities, we will proceed with their treatment within a maximum period of five working days.
If the return is confirmed, the amount will be returned by bank transfer to the account and bank details indicated by the customer in the email sent regarding the return within five days.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Prior to shipment, Buyer may cancel the order for products. If the User places an order and wishes to cancel it, first, check the status of the order by contacting by email: antiflop.marketing@gmail.com
If the cancellation request is successful, the customer will be notified by email of this decision and the cancellation will be processed free of charge to the customer.
If the request for cancellation is not possible because the order has already been shipped, the products will be sent to the Buyer who, if he maintains his intention to cancel the order, must refuse to receive them by activating the online store ANTIFLOP return mechanisms.
Upon confirmation of return and receipt of the order at ANTIFLOP, the respective refund will be processed by bank transfer to the account and bank details indicated by the customer.
